For a Toss!

Once again the prayers go unanswered
Once again the efforts in vain
Trying to nurture the loved ones
But the life's storm brings no gain

For the nth time building its nest
The white dove finally rests
Once again the rains splurge upon it
Once again their struggle goes for a toss!

The metamorphosis of a butterfly
From caterpillar to a colorful creature
Once again it turns into a spiritual symbol
Once again its beauty goes for a toss!

Making a wish from the falling star
The little girl prays from a far
Once again a star dies for another star
Once again another life goes for a toss!

Pretty dress and a glass of wine
Beautiful sunset at the sea shore dine
She dreams of such a perfect evening
But Once again her dreams stumble across
Once again her love went for a toss!

Little Miss Puppet

Dismantling and Re-arranging
Something keeps her encouraging
Trying for the best desirable results
To each part of her soul she consults
Dreams, goals, wishes
Filling the gap among these bridges
Correcting all her glitches
Overcoming life's luck bound ridges
She keeps her constant moves
In her own rhythm she grooves
Making sure to mould at its best
Letting fate decide the rest
Suddenly she realized
With the sounds of claps and trumpet
That she is just a Little Miss Puppet

Eternity

I am unable to read the answers
Or life is just too numb
Have I gone colorblind
Or things have really turned black and white around me
Is it just me not able to feel anything
Or the world is frozen
Have I gone deaf
Or the whole world is unable to hear the thunder
Am I such an insane
That even my shadow is not with me
Oh, is it that I am dead
That even the mirrors are unable to see me

No words to scribble...

No words to scribble
But a weapon in the hand
And her thoughts flow like the sand
All at once, they rush in her mind
To sort them out, difficult she finds
Which one of them to choose
In order to scribble
And let her imagination loose
She closes her eyes and feels the breeze
Her hands start to flow
And mark the first thought in a row
Some words she traces on the smooth sand
Turns out to be a beautiful verse
But soon the waves gush in
And takes away the traces from the sand
She splashes the water and start to walk away disappointingly
As once again there are no words to scribble
Neither a pen which can even dribble

A Wish Factory

Why o why do the seasons change
Why my comfort is not in the nature's range
Why do the winters not last long
And the rains sing to me a sweet song?
Why o why is the beauty of dusk soon gone
And the darkness prevails which seems too long
Why can't we fly high and spread our wings
Like the beautiful little birds who form the rings
Why can'y the good stay for long
Why is the inevitable change so strong
Why can't the world be in peace
And let the innocent souls stay at ease
Why is hatred spread so far
And love had left so many scars
So many dreams
And too many hopes
Everything here is finite
Don't tie your heart to the false ropes
For one thing we should know
That the world is not a wish-factory
So better be always satisfactory

The Univercell Sync Tech-sperience

It was a lazy Saturday morning on 23rd August,2014.... yeah too lazy to even step out of home. But there were some things which made that laziness stay aside and head towards Univercell Sync-The mobile expert store.
1. Looking forward for this event and a techexperience
2. Meeting my fellow bloggers after a long time
3. The venue, ofcourse who can miss to notice that. Colaba causeway, a hotspot for shopping!

These 3 reasons were good enough to keep up my mood to head towards the store located in Churchgate, just next to Regal cinema, at causeway. As soon as I entered the store, we were welcomed by the store staff and were given a detailed information about the gadgets and the store overall.

The store not only provides you with your needed information, but they understand the needs of the customer and provide services to them accordingly. No matter the silliest questions asked, the staff was there to answer them all in a very kind way. They recommend comprehensive solutions to your problem and give proper guidance. Well, I would give a brief idea about the store but also suggest you to visit the place.

The store is divided into zones for the ease of the customers.

1.Music zone

As it says, play it, live it, own it. This zone provides special docks and headphones geared up there to know your phone not just by mere looking or knowing its specs. But also to experience the smartphone for its sound quality and music. They also provide offers to buy the accessory along with the phones.

2.Point and Shoot zone

This was something new and interesting aspect of the store specially for all the photographers who like to play with their camera. Its a fun photo-booth and never experienced before in any store. It allows people to know the cameras of the phones well and to help guide through it, specially for people who are looking for camera quality phones.

3.Work and Play

This zone is mainly for phones best at gaming. So the people who are more interested into these gaming areas can straight away visit this zone. It also shares the phones which are more capable of best supportive apps. This zone also brings accessories required which takes multitasking to a higher level.

4.New and noteworthy

This zone is for people who want to try out on the new and latest released gadgets. These gadgets come with the most app and latest released features of the phones and other gadgets.

5.Tab zone

This zone straight away introduces you to only to the tablets released newly in the market. They are basically areas for kids who can sit and play games and have a good time of their own.

6. Staff working zone

The staff were working on people's matters plus they were available for any query needed related to the applications or any software related information about the phones. I hardly find this service in any other store.

The interiors of the store is very colorful and creative which makes the experience all the more interesting. The other facts about this store are:

1.They have around 500 stores all over Mumbai and planning to open 50 more in Maharashtra.
2.First mobile retailer to introduce 'live' stores
3.First Indian mobile retailer with ISO 9000-2001 certification
4.Best in class after-sales support
5.Unique loyalty program touching over 150,000 customers every month
6.Pioneered Theft Insurance –over 80k customers per month
7.Contribute to over 75% of bluetooth sales for one of India's top 2 device OEM
8.First retailer to introduce Value Added Services like Total insurance plan, Pick and drop service, Tank up your phone, Free monsoon protection, Mobile health care etc.

Last but not the least, the store also served us some refreshments to relish at :)

I would say, overall it was a really good experience and I would recommend each one of you to go and visit the store if you want a great tech experience.

P.S. This post has been written as a part of the Univercell Sync Mumbai store review for Indiblogger.

Songs of Life

Adios amigos, says the sun
By chirping we reply, and home we run.
Yellow, orange, finally turning dark,
Shades of sky, leaving a mark
That its time to head towards our bark.
Collecting grains, wood, sticks and hay,
Too much of work for the day.
Flapping our wings, landing in our nest,
Its time to take some rest
A ray of light, enlighten our hopes,
Beginning a new day,
And setting higher goals,
Flapping more wings, flying still higher,
Building the nest more stronger
The sunlit light making it gleam,
Our beautiful little castle of our dream.

P.S. We, the human's life is no different then these soulful birds. We work day and night for ourselves and             more so for our family to build our castle of dreams. Be it a little ant or any animal or human, each life           on earth has more or less same phases and purpose. Nature treats everyone equal and so should we             humans :)

Sapne

Yu achanak se milli khushi
Dil ko kuch iss tarah lubha gayi
Ki har jagah bas wahi chehra
Dil aur dimag me bas usiki awaz gunj rahi thi
Apne halato par yakeen pana
Bada mushkil sa lag raha tha
Mann kar raha tha jaise iss waqt ko thaam lu
Iss pal ka jarra jarra apne andar sama lu
Par tab achanak meri aakhein khuli
Aur mera haseen sapna tukdo me bikhar gaya
Iss ehsaas se bechaini si hone lagi
Fir se unn lamho me kho jaane ki talab si lagne lagi
Aakhir uske sath rehne ki aadat jo lagne lagi
Wo ek hi jariya tha uske pas rehne ka
Apne hatheliyo pe uska naam likh gayi
Fir hamesha ke liye unn sapno me kho gayi.....

Kuch Iss Tarah...

Yu is tarah kabhi mehsus hua na tha

Yu is tarah kabhi aitbar hua na tha

Kuch iss tarah the humare zindagi me

Jaise suraj ki kirane garmahat deke

Rk phool si kali ko

Os se lipte andhere me sarhakar

Kahin gupt hawao me behne diya...

Yu iss tarah chot lagi na thi kabhi dil ko

Yu iss tarah dil kabhi dukha na tha

Kuch iss tarah roya hai tabse

Kuch use tarah sehm sa gaya

Ki fir kabhi iss dil me pyar karne ka hausla na tha....

Ki fir kabhi iss dil me pyar karne ka hausla na tha...

ETERNAL LOVE

Holding by the curves, embracing her lips

Ecstasy clearly visible on her face

As they come so close that they could feel the other’s breath

In his euphoria, he had became convinced he could win her heart

Since trust was the key to their passionate LOVE

PHILOPHOBIA

Love not me
I fear for those
Who trust on me
For I might not fulfill their hopes
Or shatter their dreams
Knowingly or unknowingly
So let me gather the courage
To face my self
For that may enlighten my soul
And you shall see
The better in me
As that might glow
A ray of hope
Which will brighten up
Not only my inner self
But also the life of those
Who trust on me
For i might never have to say again that
Love not me
I fear for those
Who trust on me

LETTER TO GOD

Drums and beats audible all around
Orchestra matching their chords to the rhythm, surround
Its festival of music and dance
A celebration of Good over Evil

Women dressed in their colorful attire
Seeming very charming and beautiful
A glimpse of Supreme power
Like a form of Goddess Durga

Prayers are chanted
Songs are sung
Diyas are lit up
Havans are performed
To burn away the evil
To spread around divinity
For peace to stay

But are these acts really helping to spread peace
Is divinity really showing its presence in the surrounding

The smoke is settled in the air
The burned off flames have blurred the vision
Not only choking up the air to breathe in
But also the generosity of the self seeking humans

Oh Goddess Durga
Please help saving the planet
From the disastrous future
To save from manifestation of globalization

Show your power to suppress the corrupt
To free away the illicit minds
And make some space for the clean air to breathe in
Pure souls for Divinity to stay
Bright minds ti lit up the planet in real sense

May you shower your blessings and show your presence
In the form of the most deserving beholder
To the real living Goddesses
Who is present among us
In the form of Goddess Durga, in our lives.

DOWN THE MEMORY LANE

An evening walk, with the breeze, sea shore and a wave of thoughts. Every evening she came here after a hectic day at work to explore different shades of the city. Gati, like her name, kept moving from one place to another, one city to another. She was new to Bangalore. She had recently joined her new office in a corporate firm. She was a happy-go-lucky person.

In no time, she had made many friends there. But one of them became very close to her,Rahul. They used to share each and everything about their life. And their friendship slowly grew to the extent that Gati used to visit Rahul almost every evening. They had a long session of talks with a cup of coffee. Slowly Rahul started liking her. He enjoyed each and every moment that they spent together.
“What if I go away from here forever?” She asked

“Don’t ever say that. What will I do without you” he asked, worried.

She gave a light smile and whiled away this thought.

Days went by and months were gone; their ship of friendship kept on sailing with no traces of coast visible anywhere.

One day, as usual Rahul was waiting for her with the coffee ready. It was past the time, she usually arrived every day. 9…10…11…12 midnight. But she didn’t came. Disappointed, Rahul went to sleep hoping to see her atleast next day. But the next day was no different. And the day after that and so on.
Surprised and worried, Rahul visited her place one day. He found out that she had left  a few days ago. Rahul met Gati’s  room mate, who said that Gati didn’t have parents or any family and that she had seen hard times in her life. She kept shifting from one city to another.
Rahul was in a state of shock and couldn’t believe that Gati had gone away forever. He received no messages, no calls, no information about her whatsoever. He was lost in his thoughts and the memory of the time they spent together. It was very difficult for him to believe. He never came to know the real reason behind this. There were so many questions that ran in his mind were left unanswered forever.

Two years later.

Rahul was happy in his married life. He had almost moved on and the past thoughts started to fade away. But he could not give his best to Sana, his wife, as much as she deserved. Somewhere at the back of his mind, the past still stayed. Due to which he could not give his 100% to the present relation.
One evening while having tea, Sana approached Rahul while he was lost in his thoughts sitting in the balcony. She leaned on Rahul’s shoulder and asked what was worrying  him. Rahul didn’t reply.  Silence longed for sometime between them.

“It’s been two years since….” breaking the silence, Rahul narrated everything about his past. He had never opened his heart out to Sana before.  He then shared each and every incident about Gati and him. While Sana just silently listened to him, staring at Rahul.

He felt so light at heart after a long while. Sana, instead of feeling jealous or getting angry, just understood his feelings and helped him to cope up with his past. That evening, they had a long session of talks and laughter which they never had before. Rahul felt good after a long time. After that day, they both shared each and everything. This not only improved their relation but also made him forget about the past and helped him move on. The past nomore haunted Rahul. Sana was there always to support and stand by his side.
Rahul and Sana lived happily the rest of their lives giving each other  infinite love and care. Rahul never thought about his past again.

Life moves on, and so do each and everyone of us, willingly or unwillingly……

IGNITED PASSION

A sudden touch, she felt on her waist,
A sudden act of intimacy, by him
A wave of passion struck their chords,
And their senses were aroused, to a level, infinite.

Cuddling up and holding hands, were far left behind,
As they had risen to the peak,
Where the control is surrendered,
For where their fate has to take.

Feeling each other's fragrance,
Locked in one another's arms,
Leaving no room for even air to pass,
With the desire, forever to last.

Was it love or was it lust,
But for them, their togetherness was must,
Be it just for present or life's later crusts,
So much was their level of trust.

From bracing each other,
To landing kisses on one another's skin,
The soaring high levels of, ignited passion,
As the two birds came to unison.

DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

I just happen to land in town on time in order to, not miss this event which was organised by The Indiblogger; who gave us a good opportunity to visit the Reliance Digital Store,Malad Branch - a multi brand electronic retail chain by Reliance Industries Limited.

It was not only an opportunity to just visit the store but also to gain our knowledge on various electronic equipments of various brands under one roof ! All thanks to the store manager, Mr. Vishal who took us on a round of the store explaining each and every section in detail and with complete interest. One thing I liked a lot is, all the people of the store were ready to help for any need or information required and showing their complete interest in delivering our query. The store was very spacious and comfortable to move around.

First was the laptop section followed by mobile phones of almost all brand. We got to know a lot about them. Also would like to mention that they had a separate chart system made for the customers to help buy the kind of laptop according to their needs. This was a never seen concept which will help the customers even those who are not aware of latest technologies and facilities available by various companies.

Did a good research on the gadgets and not only these, but also for cameras, kitchen appliances, play stations and LED n LCD's. The person in-charge of the cameras specially explained to us the working of DSLR cams and the difference between a Nikon and a Cannon cameras. He explained us the zooming power of both n thus concluding the comparison among the two. As I am very much interested in photography, was listening n grasping all information about it that I can get.

They have a special section called the "Reliance Timeout" which have a good collection of Fiction non-fiction novels, books of various genre, International music DVD's and ofcourse the Bollywood movies.
They had stationary for children, office etc. and all the accessory part for electronic gadgets. This feature hardly any store persist which acquires a plus point to them.

In short, one gets almost all necessary amenities under one roof be it for any age group. The Reliance Digital stores are multiplying their branches throughout Mumbai. I really liked their services and hope for more of their success on future. They provide good ambience and overall it was a fun and knowledgeable experience.

I would like to share a piece of my write-up in form of poem that I penned down after having such a great experience :

It is so techno-savvy in Typical,
As its name suggests, it is Reliance Digital .

Smartphones have so much of variety,
As its available for all group of class and society.

Laptop and its accessory,
Made a place into my memory.
Liked their idea of distinguishing the models into chart,
Which makes it easy for the customer,
To chose according to their needs.

Digi-cams and DSLR's were my area of interest,
Which they briefed about, at its best.
They not only explained its features,
But also demonstrated its working creatures.

With a huge variety of LCD and LED's,
They had a set-up like a home,
With a couch and a space around to roam.
This gave customer an ultimate satisfaction,
Which was a 'never seen before' attraction.

Refrigerator, washing machine, food processor and what not,
This store didn't forget to add this lot.
And where so many offers they have got,
How can women miss to enter into this slot.

Music Lovers and The Readers,
This store has a lot in store for you too.
Music Cd's, movies, novels, books of various genre,
Everything is available at the reasonable rate,
Not having a visit, you may curse your fate.

To sum-up, a visit to this store was knowledgeable and fun,
Not forgetting the store manager, Mr.Vishal, thanks a ton !

One love !

“Vodka or Tequilla, what would you like to have ma’am?” came a voice from behind. She turned around to see the extra smart chap who had offered her a drink. A young man with a good physique,  wearing branded accessories and a costly perfume, was standing behind Nishtha.

With raised eyebrows, she looked into his eyes not knowing what to say. She was lost in her thoughts until her friend Yati shook her shoulders trying to bring her back to present. “Oh yeah, sorry…..well….I would just have a light beer” she stammered. She was a bit surprised, well pleasantly surprised, that the guy she was keeping an eye at from over an hour, himself walked up to her and initiated a conversation. As she didn’t have enough courage to take the first step, she was impressed with the guy and realized that she had a crush on him.

Nishtha was a simple girl who was new to the city of dreams-Mumbai. She had come  to the city to explore herself. She stepped out that night just to roam around and experience the night-life of the city. Not knowing that it will turn out to be the most memorable night of her life.

“Hi , I am Suraj” he introduced himself. They soon got engaged into a conversation when suddenly Yati interrupted them “Hey Nishu, we are running out of time darling. We should get back home now” she said glancing at her watch. But Nishtha was in no mood to go home.

“Why don’t you get going while I’ll come a bit later?” said Nishtha making pleasing expressions.  Yati gave her an angry look as she was concerned about her but she understood that her friend wanted some personal time. So Yati soon started heading back home leaving her friend at the disc.

Soon after having a nice talk these two free birds started to explore the sky, feeling the freeness of their souls. Late at midnight they were roaming in the streets of Mumbai, enjoying the sea view, feeling the cool breeze. Each moment spent, made them closer, emotionally as well as physically.

“Hey would you mind joining me for a cup of coffee? At my place, what say?” asked Nishtha. Which guy would let such an opportunity go. But well, Suraj wasn’t one of them. He insisted on roaming around. But soon, he realized that he could not resist such a pretty girl and so they drove the empty silent roads and reached her place.

In no time, his hands exploring her body and her arms were on his waist. Soon they were in each-others’ arms and hugging. The atmosphere was getting sensuous and their bodies were reacting to the passion inside them. The distance between them became lesser and they grew closer with each passing moment. The passionate  exploration of each others’ bodies reached a level higher than the ride to Heaven!

He landed kisses on her shoulders, waist, belly, and all over her body to completely enjoy the sweet and spicy flavour of hers. Biting, smothering, touching, cuddling, the passion just spread like a forest fire. And as it was reaching to its final destination, suddenly there was a clinch felt by Suraj. She was trying to push him away. Suraj was bit surprised by her reaction. “What happened? “ She was lost in her thoughts for two minutes and then said “I’m sorry but I can’t go any further. We should just stop it here only.”

“Arre dear, but what happened? You care to share? Is there some problem?” he was getting curious to know what was bothering. Nishtha , sitting on the couch with her legs folded, was lost in her own world. There was a long silence and both of them just sat beside each other and they seemed very far away . “Why did it have to be me? What was my mistake? Am I myself responsible for whatever happened that day?” Suraj was puzzled. He had so many questions in his mind. But keeping all those questions aside, he first calmed her n hold her hands. “Relax baby, relax….will u tell me what has happened?”

“Well, I want to share something with you.”

“Yeah Nishtha, go on. I’m all ears. But first relax”

“No I am fine. Don’t worry”

“Ohh no, I know what does a girl’s ‘fine’ mean. So common, go ahead. Am waiting to listen to you”

“It was a normal day at my college, going well as any usual day. We had our college fest coming soon. So we had list of tasks to be completed. My friends left one by one while I was busy with my part of task. It was late afternoon, around 4.30pm. I soon realised it was just me and one more guy left in the college premises. I, in a hurry, was busy completing my work as soon as possible, and was about to wind up when” She paused for a second. “when I heard a sound of the doors closing. Alarmed, I looked above to see the guy who was  the only person left, coming towards me. He held my hands tightly, stretched my arms, made me lay forcefully and……! He behaved like a wild animal. The moment was such a horror and a nightmare for me! “ and then she burst into tears.

“Relax relax……” Suraj just hugged her tightly and tried to calm her. “Don’t worry and relax dear,  I am here with you now. It wasn’t your fault. Some people are inhuman and behave like animals.Try to forget the dark days of your life and bury those memories in the past. I know it may take a lot of time but just try to do so. And I would never do anything against your will or something that may hurt you. So please don’t worry and relax for now.

They hugged and cuddled into each others’ arms and lay down beside for the rest of the night.

That was just the start of a real long relationship. Their love just grew more and more with every passing month and so did the trust. They knew from the very first moment that this was the right partner for them. Their inner voice made the right choice for them. They ended up being together for a life-time…..or maybe for their life-times !

PS: As its said, love stories are made in heaven! Well, why not…..after all this beautiful earth only turns into heaven for them. But along with it, there is also a dark side to this world, which we should not forget while we are busy enjoying the lovely part of it. In today’s world, it is very difficult to trust someone. But I would say even though one has seen the darker side of it, never forget to trust the ones which are worth it. And don’t worry, like Suraj and Nishtha, you too will realize whom to believe in and whom to not. Learn to appreciate the good times.

CHIAROSCURO OF LIFE

Warm and splendid evening,
Under the golden rays,
And the shining moist waves.
Some lost in the charm of Love,
While some having a family time.
Kids showcasing their Art,
By building up their dream home.
Oldies sharing their experiences,
Making a moment of the life.
Elegant beauties spreading the charm to d surroundings,
With the sweet voices of their laughs n gossips.
Truth n Dare creates mischievous acts,
When friends get chance to pull each others leg,
Spending d most memorable time of their life.
Such r different shades of our life,
Under the common Golden Skies.

SOUL TO SOUL

Dancing along the wind,
Making beautiful postures.
Glowing its whole body,
With the shine of yellow,
And the blue soul at its base.
Bringing warmth to the surroundings,
Blowing away the darkness.
Like a soul of hope of d blind,
By d blue soul of its kind.

I wish to get my story published in Chicken Soup for the Indian Entrepreneurs Soul in association with BlogAdda.com

A REASON

We fill our life with complains and excuses,
And still search for a Reason to smile...

Look at the poor child starving for bread,
Yet you have a Reason to complain about d taste of ur food.

Think about that soldier missing his family;
Weeping in a slight night,
Yet you want a Reason, with your family,to have a fight.

Look at the silent sighs of the mother;
Whose child didn't open the eyes,
Yet someone finds a Reason to abort.

Think about that girl in the orphanage;
Missing all d love from her parents,
Yet you need a Reason to love your parents.

So when life serves everything at its best for you,
Reciprocate to life equally.
Because life is too short to find a Reason for everything.

I wish to get my story published in Chicken Soup for the Indian Entrepreneurs Soul in association with BlogAdda.com
