The Univercell Sync Tech-sperience

It was a lazy Saturday morning on 23rd August,2014.... yeah too lazy to even step out of home. But there were some things which made that laziness stay aside and head towards Univercell Sync-The mobile expert store.
1. Looking forward for this event and a techexperience
2. Meeting my fellow bloggers after a long time
3. The venue, ofcourse who can miss to notice that. Colaba causeway, a hotspot for shopping!

These 3 reasons were good enough to keep up my mood to head towards the store located in Churchgate, just next to Regal cinema, at causeway. As soon as I entered the store, we were welcomed by the store staff and were given a detailed information about the gadgets and the store overall.

The store not only provides you with your needed information, but they understand the needs of the customer and provide services to them accordingly. No matter the silliest questions asked, the staff was there to answer them all in a very kind way. They recommend comprehensive solutions to your problem and give proper guidance. Well, I would give a brief idea about the store but also suggest you to visit the place.

The store is divided into zones for the ease of the customers.

1.Music zone

As it says, play it, live it, own it. This zone provides special docks and headphones geared up there to know your phone not just by mere looking or knowing its specs. But also to experience the smartphone for its sound quality and music. They also provide offers to buy the accessory along with the phones.

2.Point and Shoot zone

This was something new and interesting aspect of the store specially for all the photographers who like to play with their camera. Its a fun photo-booth and never experienced before in any store. It allows people to know the cameras of the phones well and to help guide through it, specially for people who are looking for camera quality phones.

3.Work and Play

This zone is mainly for phones best at gaming. So the people who are more interested into these gaming areas can straight away visit this zone. It also shares the phones which are more capable of best supportive apps. This zone also brings accessories required which takes multitasking to a higher level.

4.New and noteworthy

This zone is for people who want to try out on the new and latest released gadgets. These gadgets come with the most app and latest released features of the phones and other gadgets.

5.Tab zone

This zone straight away introduces you to only to the tablets released newly in the market. They are basically areas for kids who can sit and play games and have a good time of their own.

6. Staff working zone

The staff were working on people's matters plus they were available for any query needed related to the applications or any software related information about the phones. I hardly find this service in any other store.

The interiors of the store is very colorful and creative which makes the experience all the more interesting. The other facts about this store are:

1.They have around 500 stores all over Mumbai and planning to open 50 more in Maharashtra.
2.First mobile retailer to introduce 'live' stores
3.First Indian mobile retailer with ISO 9000-2001 certification
4.Best in class after-sales support
5.Unique loyalty program touching over 150,000 customers every month
6.Pioneered Theft Insurance –over 80k customers per month
7.Contribute to over 75% of bluetooth sales for one of India's top 2 device OEM
8.First retailer to introduce Value Added Services like Total insurance plan, Pick and drop service, Tank up your phone, Free monsoon protection, Mobile health care etc.

Last but not the least, the store also served us some refreshments to relish at :)

I would say, overall it was a really good experience and I would recommend each one of you to go and visit the store if you want a great tech experience.
